Cancellation policy

 Cancellation policy and general booking conditions. 
 1. The client or guest understands that he or she is booking hotel accommodation.
2. The customer or guest accepts the automatic charge of the total amount of the reservation made through the website     www.sanombeachresort.com

3. Any change or cancellation of your reservation must be requested by writing to the email address reservas@sanombeachresort.com at least 7 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, providing all the details of the reservation. After this period has expired, no refund will be made to the amounts charged on the card provided by the customer or guest.
4. The hotel accepts the refund of the amount charged for booking made in a timely and appropriate manner, within 15 days from the date of cancellation.
5. Reservations made on the day of your stay will not apply changes, cancellations or refunds according to the amount paid.
6. Regardless of the nights booked, if the change or cancellation is not made in the aforementioned time and form, or in case the customer or guest does not appear on the date of entry, no refund will be made of the amount charged on the card used p or that user.
7. All reservations must be guaranteed and paid by credit card in the name of the guest or customer.
8. In case such reservation is not guaranteed and prepayment is made, the hotel will not be obliged to respect the reservation.
9. The guest's client understands the above and accepts the hotel's cancellation and return conditions.
