Reservation conditions
What's included in the displayed price:
· For bookings made, whatever the type selected, beverages are not included, with the exception of drinks stipulated for breakfast (juices, coffee and milk).
· Please note that full board consists of: dinner, accommodation, buffet breakfast and lunch; half board: dinner, accommodation, and buffet breakfast.
· The price shown on our website always includes: local taxes and fees and IGIC, in the selected regime.
· The price indicated/shown already includes all kinds of offers, discounts and supplements that on an occasional or timely basis may apply to your reservation.
· The price does not include: any unspecified service in addition to extras such as telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, consumption and meals not included in the contracted regime, Premium wifi, safe, stamps, postcards, Balinese beds, pool view, and other services offered on site. It also does not include the observations that the client can write in the field "observations", since these, if the hotel could satisfy them, could incur an extra cost to pay directly at the hotel.
General Conditions of Online Bookings:
• The reservation will be considered confirmed after making the full payment required in this online booking process. After the bank operation through a secure payment gateway, you will receive a confirmation email and you can print the reservation that you must deliver when you enter the hotel.
· At check-in, the customer or guest will be required a credit card number to have a guarantee of payment. It will be used for the services not included in the booking. The hotel will control that this card given is valid
· Check-in time is stipulated from 14.00 hours to 17.00 hours. Guests will be contacted days prior to the expected arrival date to inquire to the property for a better check-in arrangement.
• The deadline for room departure is 11:00 a.m.
· If you wish to extend until 18.00 hours, please check rates and availability with the hotel reception.
• The hotel is for adults only, from 16 years old and children (0-15 years old) will be prohibited from all facilities of the property.
· Pets will not be allowed.
· Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and areas where it is indicated as not permitted, in accordance with Law 42/2010, of December 30, amending Law 28/2005, of December 26, on sanitary measures against smoking and regulating the sale , the supply, consumption and advertising of tobacco products.

Conditions of changes to reservations:
· Any modification of your reservation must be made by telephone from our reservations department: +34928396371, or by email to
reservas@sanombeachresort.com
· Any modification to the number of rooms, nights or persons, made less than 48 hours before arrival will be understood as cancellation, with the corresponding cancellation costs being applied.
Early departures:
· When there is an unforeseen departure before the end of the contracted stay, the Hotel will bill at least two nights later in the contracted regime (such as penalty and cancellation fees), and may proceed to the return of the remaining nights not enjoyed, provided that there is an accreditation by the client as force majeure for medical reasons only (hospital admission or death of direct 1st degree relative).
· Where a booking involves the contracting of cancellation insurance, the responsibility for making any claim to the insurance company for cancellation of a reservation with expenses is the sole responsibility of the customer. The hotel is merely an intermediary in the sale/contracting/communication of the policy, never a manager about it.
· Any compensation that the insurer may satisfy on cancelled bookings that have a rigged cancellation insurance will always be in relation to the amount paid of the reservation.
