NEW ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND HYGIENE MEASURE

 

 

 

New cleaning equipment

 

 

 

New cleaning and disinfection protocols. 

 

 

 

Protective equipment

 

 

 

Individual protective equipment (PPE) and training courses in pre-opening hygiene and food health standards for all employees.

 

 

 

Washing procedures

 

A protocol for washing and collecting clothes is established in the laundry during the stay and at the customer's departure, avoiding cross-contamination.

 

Cleaning on request

 

 

 

The customer may decide whether or not to use the cleaning service during their stay. The cleaning of the room will always be done in the absence of the client.

 

 

 

Removed paper and bin

 

 

 

The stationery is removed from the room and a QR code is implanted, where the customer through their mobile can get all the information from the room.

 

 

 

The bathroom design bin is replaced by another with lid, double bag and non-manual drive.

 

 

 

Removed from dry cleaning ítems

 

 

 

Decorative elements that cannot comply with the new cleaning protocol per stay are removed.

 

 

 

Dispensers and prevention kit.

 

 

 

Hydroalcoholic solution dispensers are incorporated for hands in common areas. The customer who wishes will be able to buy a prevention kit for 5 € at the reception desk (mask and gel)

 

 

 

 

 

NEW PERSONAL SPACE: SOCIAL DISTANCE

 

 

 

Protection screens and signals.

 

 

 

Installation of protective screens at the Reception. As well as signage on the ground to respect social distance. 

 

 

 

Reduction of capacity

 

 

 

Capacity in common areas is reduced to ensure personal distance.

 

 

 

Buffet- Restaurant 

 

Mandatory use of mask in the restaurant. The customer must access his table and the buffet area with the mask on and during the meal should be stored, it is not possible to leave it on the table or in the chair.

 

We adapt our breakfast buffet, with single dose and individual portions for all the cold and, in an assisted way the hot dishes, so that the flows are optimized and the handling of the food is limited.

 

Reception and Digital Concierge

 

Mandatory use of mask

 

A reception and digital concierge are incorporated through Whatsapp, for individual attention.

 

Pool use

 

A previous in-room shower is recommended before going to the pool.

 

Mandatory use of mask at entry and exit.

 

Keep two meters away between hammocks

 

The maximum capacity and instructions of the lifeguard shall be respected.

 

Cancellation policy

 

 

 

At this time and until June 30, 2020 all our rates for sale are cancelable at no cost. Cancellation can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
